Personal training is a great way to achieve your fitness goals!
Whether you want to lose weight, improve muscle definition, increase your general fitness and energy levels, or achieve a specific goal, having a personal trainer will keep you motivated and challenged.
Training sessions are individually tailored to your requirements and take into account your current lifestyle, as well as your goals.
The focus of each PT session is on correct technique, form, and a better understanding of how the body moves – all of which are essential in order to achieve your desired outcome/s.
Your PT experience will start with an initial consultation to go over the details you have provided in the pre-exercise questionnaire. This questionnaire allows us to understand your health/fitness requirements in more detail, as well as gives you a chance to think about your goals and how you want to achieve them. This session is complimentary.
The next session will involve doing some basic fitness tests so we can tailor make a program specifically designed for your needs.
Your progress will be reviewed every 4-6 weeks, where we will assess your body measurements as well as your basic fitness levels again. We will also re-evaluate/set new goals for the next 4-6 week period.
Best of all, your trainer will come to YOU so now there is no excuse not to train – your trainer will bring along everything required to put you through your paces in your training sessions so all you need to do is turn up!
